María Quiroga
Native of Mexico with a degree in Communication Sciences, María dedicated her life to serving children and families. Her journey includes years of volunteer work at His House Children's Home and the co-founding of My Kid Therapy Center. She now leads the vision of My Kid Cares Foundation to expand access to early diagnosis and therapy.

Grettel Castillo
Born in Mariel, Cuba, Grettel is a former competitive swimmer with a degree in Food Science. She immigrated to the US and spent eight years as a Certified Nursing Assistant, providing compassionate end-of-life care. She remains an integral part of the multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting children and families.

Marcia Leon
Originally from Cuba and raised in the United States, Marcia serves as the Chief Operating Officer of My Kid Therapy Center. She earned both her Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida International University. At the foundation, she prioritizes community outreach and building sustainable initiatives to empower every child.
